Colombo Hindu College Past Pupils Association of UK have achieved the Aim of raising fund at “ Bamaba Night 2023”. We have exceeded our target. Majority of the funds will be used for the Cause which we promised over the next 3 years.
The Cause is to fund the development of Sports at our School. As a first stage about SL Rs 600,000.00 was handed over to the Sri Lankan OBA at a ceremony held at our school on 26thFebruary 2024. This amount will be distributed as vouchers to thirty deserving kids across various age groups and sports.
On behalf of CHPPA- UK, President MR Pravin Selvarajah participated at the ceremony, explained about our projects and our commitments towards the development of school in education and sports.
We thank our Gold Sponsor of “Bamba Night 2023” Mr Ranjith Ranis ( GECS) for his generous contribution towards our cause and for his participation at this ceremony. A presentation was delivered by “GECS” of their Services to the student community.
